01 — The team

One shared ambition.

Our boats were built to race at the highest level. They demand preparation, commitment, safety and rigour.

Atlas brings together people who pool their experience, their time and their talents to make extraordinary projects happen.

Everyone contributes. Together, we go further.

One fleet. Many ways to sail it.

Since 2014

Atlas began in 2014, on the initiative of Gilles Barbot, with one boat and a handful of crew. Twelve seasons on, there are four boats and several tens of thousands of miles behind us. The original idea hasn’t changed.

There is no single way to experience Atlas.

What stays with you

Bigger than
the race.

Results matter. But what stays with you are the nights at sea, the calls made together, the hard moments, the laughter, and the trust that builds.

You’re not just joining a team. You’re starting a journey.

02 — Programmes

Choose your adventure.

There is no set path at Atlas. Some arrive with thousands of miles behind them. Others are looking for their first offshore experience.

What you choose depends on the adventure you want, the time you have, and where you want to sail.

No offshore experience required. What we ask for is your time, your rigour, and the will to pull on the same line.

04 — How we sail

Passion brings us together.
Rigour is what takes us far.

Atlas is, above all, a collective project.

The people on the team have careers, families and lives ashore. They choose to put their time, their skills and their energy in common to make these adventures possible.

Everyone contributes.

  • Sailing
  • Preparing the boats
  • Organising the programmes
  • Sharing expertise
  • Learning from others

At Atlas, everyone takes part.

Professional standards.

Our boats are racing machines built to be run at the highest level. Preparation, training, procedures, safety and decision-making are treated with the rigour they demand.

Trust is built before you leave the dock.

Performance matters too.

Atlas has shown that a well-prepared team of amateurs can compete at a very high level.

We love adventure. We also love sailing well.

Our partners.

Our partners make these adventures possible. They can also bring their own teams close to an environment where collaboration, trust, leadership and collective performance take on their full meaning.

05 — Partners

They make these
adventures possible.

Atlas sails thanks to companies that share the way we work: preparation, commitment and collective performance.
